We all dream at night in the sleep time, and then we experience the awake dream states: day dreaming, journeying, meditation, trance, déjà vu, plus many more.
Come join Lisa Francesca to delve deeper into your Dreaming Self and into multiple dream states. Conscious Dreaming is when you take time to go in to be with self, and intentionally, while awake, go into the Dream World and go on conscious dream journeys.

About me
Lisa Francesca Lewak CST CMT
In 2004 I had my first Dream Journey experience and teaching with a Shaman, who later became one of my teachers. For 6 years I followed an intensive Shamanic Training in Toronto, Canada. And it’s now my passion to share these experiences and the knowledge I have acquired with all who choose to join me in this wonderful world of Dreaming.
I have 35 years teaching & lecturing around the world. 15 years qualified Consultant & practitioner in Holistic Health & Natural Medicine.
My Vision
Is to guide and accompany people on their journey to wholeness and wellness, so they can Go Beyond, to pursue their dreams and reach their highest potential.
